How can your business be more fun? You might've heard that I sprained my right hand (and my index and middle finger now look like hot dogs that were left in Chernobyl overnight, not only does it hurt but it makes it hard to flip people off, *le sigh*) making my regular work schedule unsustainable.⁠ ⁠ Anyway, it was time for my Q4 strategic thinking + execution planning session this week and I was not feeling it. So I asked myself; how can I make this exciting? How can I do this without aggravating my hand?⁠ ⁠ Well I took it to the spa. Brought a notebook, my favourite pens, #companyofone by Paul Jarvis, and some print-outs. Did my strategic thinking in between a hot stone massage and pedicure. It was fabulous. There were no distractions, no wifi, no phone calls, just me, strategising in my robe.
